Rev. Afuah Asantewaa Ahorgah-Dorfia
Rev. Afuah Asantewaa Ahorgah-Dorfia is the Spiritual Director of Etherean Mission UK, a spiritually empowering, trans-cultural, and inclusive organisation devoted to the awakening of divine consciousness in humanity. Rooted in the global teachings of the Etherean Mission founded in Ghana, she leads the UK expression of this vibrant spiritual community, where self-realisation, compassion, and conscious living are cultivated as pathways to a thriving humanity.
With over 20 years of professional experience in the banking sector, Afuah brings both executive wisdom and spiritual maturity to her leadership. She is also a trained child counsellor through Growing the Empowered Child UK, an initiative that echoes her long-standing passion for empowering the next generation through love, insight, and practical tools for emotional growth.
Rev. Afuah’s spiritual path began in 1989 as a young member of Etherean Mission’s youth class. Over the decades, she has grown steadily through the ranks of service and initiation, mentored closely by the visionary Founder of the Mission Bro. Dr Ishmael Tetteh. Since relocating to the UK in 2000, she has been instrumental in expanding Etherean teachings across Europe, anchoring its message of inclusive spirituality, character development, and soul evolution in contemporary culture.
She is widely respected for her gift of inspiring personal transformation through love-centered leadership. For Rev. Afuah, spirituality is not confined to rituals or ideologies, it is the living practice of seeing and calling forth the divine potential in every soul. Her message is one of awakening the Christ within, not as a religious icon, but as a living consciousness present in all beings.
A wife and mother of five, Rev. Afuah integrates her spiritual path with deep commitment to family, community, and humanity at large. Her leadership is guided by the Etherean principle:
